Krista is the founder and CEO of K. Coaching, Inc., a premier sales leadership coaching, consulting and training organization.

As a sought-after motivational speaker, certified business coach, bestselling author, and host of the Krista Moore Show, she ignites audiences with her insights, energy and inspiration. Since establishing K. Coaching in 2003, after 20-year executive career leading sales for Fortune 500 companies, and multimillion-dollar startups; Krista and her team have partnered with thousands of companies worldwide, crafting winning go-to-market strategies, refining sales skills, optimizing processes, and nurturing leadership for explosive sales growth.

Passionate about advocating for women in leadership, Krista co-founded the nonprofit organization OPWIL in 2008—an international professional organization empowering high-achieving women through mentorship and leadership development. Krista’s leadership roles include serving as OPWIL Board Chairman from 2008-2018, as a board member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Raleigh, NC., from 2014-2018, adjunct professor for the Business Coaching Certification program at NC State, 2007-2020, and North Carolina Chair, Nikki Haley for President Campaign and Women for Nikki Coalition, 2023-2024.
