Cassie Alsfeld

Mary Caswell “Cassie” Alsfeld is a trailblazing entrepreneur, award-winning copywriter, and digital marketing strategist who has made a significant impact in the world of politics, advocacy, and beyond. As the Founder and CEO of Shoreline Strategies LLC, Cassie has worked with an impressive array of clients, including presidential campaigns, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and tech startups.

With over two decades of experience, Cassie has established herself as a thought leader in the industry. She was the first digital copywriter in Republican politics and played a crucial role in building the online fundraising, email marketing, and copywriting programs for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, the Republican National Committee, and the National Republican Congressional Committee. Her innovative strategies and compelling copy have helped raise tens of millions of dollars and engage countless supporters.

After Hurricane Katrina devastated her hometown of New Orleans, Cassie dedicated much of her early career to helping with the recovery and rebuilding process. She worked for two Congressmen from the New Orleans area, managing the constituent communication process, drafting and helping pass critical legislation, and even getting basic services, such as postal services, restored, after a long delay.

Cassie’s passion for empowering women is evident in her work with various women’s organizations. She has served as the Louisiana Chair for Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign and the Women for Nikki grassroots organization, and has worked with numerous organizations dedicated to advancing women in politics and addressing issues that disproportionately affect women. As a Co-Founder and Executive Board Member of Ellevate Louisiana, Cassie is committed to educating, engaging, and advocating for policies that elevate women in her home state.

In addition to her political work, Cassie is a sought-after advisor for startups and established businesses. She has helped secure funding, partnerships, and PR opportunities for various ventures, including Citizen Portal, an AI-powered platform aimed at revolutionizing civic engagement. Her ability to connect principals with key influencers, prospective investors, and industry leaders has earned her the nickname “the door opener.”

Cassie’s leadership skills were evident from a young age. As a former Student Body President of Louisiana State University, she managed a multi-million dollar budget, testified before the state legislature, and served on various statewide boards and committees. Her commitment to her alma mater and her community is unwavering, as demonstrated by her active involvement in alumni events and volunteer work.
