Alicia R. Phillips

Alicia is the President of Redwood Campaign Advisors, a preeminent philanthropic consultancy in the upper Midwest that helps organizations raise money successfully.  

Ms. Phillips is experienced in all facets of financial development.  She has established an effective program that attracts high net worth individuals and community leaders to the organizations she works with.  Ms.  Phillips attended Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and during her college years created Next Innovations.  This nonprofit organization focused on recruiting, training, and supporting next-generation leaders.  It was widely known for successfully developing grassroots leaders throughout the Twin Cities areas.  

Ms. Phillips has vast experience in financial development.  She served as Vice President of the nationally recognized Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation.  She is also a past technology fellow for the James Ford Bell Foundation, partnering with national technology firms to apply innovative web strategies to improve ways to raise money, visibility, and volunteers for nonprofit organizations.  

Immediate past clients include the Community Reinvestment Fund, Summit Academy, The Humanity Alliance, African Economic Development Solutions, and Youthprise.  

Ms. Phillips is a native of Boston, MA, and holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Minnesota. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Macalester College.  Ms. Phillips has served on many local, regional, and national boards of directors.  She is an active member of Beth El synagogue. 

Alicia lives with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and two birds in Minneapolis, MN.
